FAQ

Who are you?

I cover some of the basics on the About Me page, but here’s the gist: I’m a girl, I’m 26, and I write fiction for fun and non-fiction for money. (There are hopes that this situation might change in the future.)

What do you blog about?

I blog about writing (and all the myriad subtopics that includes), Young Adult authors and books, movies and TV shows based on YA books, letterpress cards and other paper goods, and anything else I find interesting or fun to talk about.

Why should I care?

Good question! You might not! But if you are interested in any of the topics listed above, agree that “Peeta or Gale?” is a crucial friendship question, and thinks nerds are the bees knees, I think you might like what you find here.

Where else in this World Wide Web may I find you?

Everywhere! I Tweet, I Tumbl, I Pinterest, and I contribute to the YA Highway group blog.

What do you write?

I write novels about young adults. So far I’ve written a contemporary, a paranormal, and a historical fantasy.

You said you’re a nerd. But sometimes you tweet about sports. What gives?

If you think sports and nerds are mutually exclusive, you’ve clearly never heard of fantasy baseball. And yes! I do tweet/blog/generally talk about sports often, especially football. I love sports. I like being active, I like cheering for the teams from my alma mater (the University of Washington, woop!), and fantasy football satisfies some of my hyper-competitive impulses.
